These strategic “Mini Blueprints” are designed to help you successfully implement each technique from start to finish in one hour or less.

Each monthly “Mini Blueprint” includes:

• An Audio Strategy Session which explains the purpose of the technique, as well as how to implement it for best results. You can listen to the audio online, or you can download the mp3 and listen to it in your car, at the gym, or while walking your dog.

• An Illustrated Step-By-Step Blueprint that outlines the steps for implementing the technique. You can use this as an easy reference guide for yourself, or pass it on to the employee or outsourced worker who will be responsible for implementing the technique.

• A Written Checklist that allows you to mark your progress as you complete each step. This checklist can also be used in lieu of a progress report from any worker to whom you’ve assigned the task, as well as a quick reference guide if you decide to implement the technique more than once.

• Action Videos that show you exactly how to perform certain tasks required to implement the technique. You literally watch “over our shoulders” as we perform each step of the task. You can watch the videos online, or you can download them to your computer and watch them anytime.
